- A pharmacy can request on behalf of patients. Find your nearest pharmacy.
Prescriptions cannot be ordered over the phone anymore. Patients are advised to fill out the online form to request their prescriptions. A pharmacy can also make the request on behalf of a patient. Please contact your nearest pharmacy for support.
Up to date blood tests need to be done every 6 to 9 months to ensure medication compliance. Doctors may not issue, or a reduced amount of medication may be given if blood tests are outstanding.
Medication requests take up to 48hours to be issued. If you run short of medication unexpectedly, your regular pharmacy maybe able to help you with an emergency supply.
