Up to date blood tests need to be done every 6-9 months to ensure medication compliance. Doctors may not issue, or a reduced amount of medication may be given if blood tests are outstanding.

Medication requests take up to 48hours to be issued. If you run short of medication unexpectedly, your regular pharmacy maybe able to help you with an emergency supply.
